Nibbles Cookie Co. was born from a love of baking, family, and the simple joy that comes from sharing something delicious with the people you love.

Founded in 2025 by Andrea Elder-Grant, Nibbles was inspired by the warmth and tradition of Nonna’s kitchen — where recipes were made from the heart, memories were created around the table, and there was always room for one more bite.

We took that feeling and turned it into something of our own: big, indulgent, bakery-style cookies with a little bit of nostalgia and a whole lot of personality.

From classic favourites like Chocolate Chip, Birthday Cake and Cookies & Cream to irresistible flavours like Biscoff, Nutella and our seasonal creations, every Nibbles cookie is made to be more than just a treat. It’s meant to be the cookie you look forward to, the one you sneak another bite of, and the one you simply can’t stop thinking about.

We’re proudly baking from North Bay, Ontario, and bringing our cookies to cookie lovers across Canada.
